Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

About the Role

  1. Responsibility for the use of Management Information and intelligence generated from user experience and stakeholders, to support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  2. Working as part of a Data Team around all things Management Information, Data Analysis and Reporting.
  3. Managing all MI reporting requirements – weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  4. Ability to extract and analyse large data sets accurately and to tight deadlines (Excel, SQL).
  5. Support colleagues and key stakeholders to requests for data and reports.
  6. Manage processes related to the secure disclosure of data, compliance and contractual obligations.
  7. Manage and review use of the case management system.
  8. Contribute towards maintaining ISO standards.
