Night Care Team Supervisor
Work Schedule: 36.75 hours weekly - 3 nights per week, hours per night
Compensation: £13.00 per hour

As a Night Care Team Supervisor at Runwood Homes, your professionalism, coupled with kindness and empathy, will be central to your responsibilities. Your position will involve planning and executing care that fosters a genuine sense of security, dignity, and independence for our residents.
You will engage with our residents and their families, ensuring that truly personalized care is provided.
Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will have a significant, positive impact on the team and be accountable for upholding the highest standards of care. A key aspect of your role will be to maintain precise records and cultivate strong relationships through effective communication with your colleagues.
In your capacity as a Night Care Team Supervisor, you will also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Your duties will encompass delivering essential physical and emotional care as part of Runwood's holistic approach to wellbeing, as well as managing medication administration and conducting medication audits.
Ideally, you will possess an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience in person-centered care planning, and knowledge of caring for individuals with dementia. A background in leading a care team is also preferred. What is essential is a vibrant, positive demeanor and a natural ability to connect with others. You will understand the importance of effective record-keeping and time management. Furthermore, in all your interactions, whether with a resident or a colleague, you will demonstrate genuine consideration and kindness.
Experience / Qualification:
Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred or a willingness to obtain this qualification.Benefits:
