Reporting directly to the Global Mobility & Immigration Manager, this position demands a flexible professional who can interpret assignment frameworks, navigate immigration protocols, and foster robust relationships with stakeholders and service providers. You will be crucial in managing individual mobility caseloads, overseeing financial projections, and ensuring adherence to established policies.

In this capacity, you should possess comprehensive knowledge in various international mobility areas, including immigration, taxation, social security, contracts, and systems. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Implementation and management of GM&I policies and programs
  • Overseeing mobility cases from initiation to completion
  • Evaluating cost projection estimates
  • Offering technical advice to business units
  • Cultivating and sustaining relationships with stakeholders and service providers
  • Developing presentations using PowerPoint
  • Producing reports and analytics on case developments
  • Coordinating with external partners
  • Assisting in the formulation of GM&I programs

Role Expectations:

  • Daily management and coordination of mobility elements
  • Providing advisory support on mobility issues
  • Proactively identifying and addressing challenges
  • Contributing to the establishment of a center of excellence for GM&I matters
  • Collaborating across various organizational functions
  • Delivering operational support for complex global mobility scenarios

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferred university degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of GM&I experience
