- Lead key account planning, undertake client care meetings, and ensure our clients are at the heart of our growth plans.
- Identify and develop targeting initiatives and go-to-market strategies alongside marketing colleagues.
- Lead relevant sales and business development meetings.
- Engage with clients and prospects to introduce our teams and services.
- Utilize CRM and client analytics to identify and unlock new work opportunities.
- Identify new areas of referral and plan how best to leverage those relationships.
- Research partnership and sponsorship opportunities and work with the wider team to create event and activation plans.
- Act as a conduit between fee-earning teams and wider marketing specialists.
- Encourage, challenge, and coach partners and other fee earners with their own business development goals.
- Experience of working as a business development manager in professional services.
