Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development initiatives forward with area teams and the wider organization, including close collaboration with legal colleagues across all Ampa brands.

  • Identify and develop targeting initiatives and go-to-market strategies alongside marketing colleagues.
  • Lead relevant sales and business development meetings.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to introduce our teams and services.

  • Identify new areas of referral and plan how best to leverage those relationships.
  • Research partnership and sponsorship opportunities and work with the wider team to create event and activation plans.
  • Act as a conduit between fee-earning teams and wider marketing specialists.
  • Encourage, challenge, and coach partners and other fee earners with their own business development goals.
Requirements
  • Experience of working as a business development manager in professional services.
  • Passionate about delivering business growth.
  • A flexible approach, being agile-minded and responsive to change.
  • A keen eye for spotting commercial opportunities.
  • Resilience, comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
