Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Carer to join our Complex Care team. As a Senior Carer, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to deliver exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to clients with complex health needs, including personal care, medication administration, and moving and handling.
  • Support new members of staff with shadow shifts and induction.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Tracheostomy, PEG, Ventilation experience.
  • 12 months UK care experience and full right to work.
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
