Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

  • Up to 25 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays
  • A quarterly store bonus scheme up to 0.70% of retail sales

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a luxury brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of luxury retail operations and customer service standards
