Position Title:
SEN Support Facilitator


Future Education is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Support Facilitator to join our team, committed to delivering outstanding assistance and education to students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and complex needs.

This role is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent placement. The compensation for this position will range from £92 to £97 per day, contingent upon qualifications and experience.


As a SEN Support Facilitator, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to students facing PMLD and complex challenges, enabling them to navigate obstacles and reach their educational objectives.

Future Education is also pleased to offer complimentary training for all staff, including Team Teach and manual handling courses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
- Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for working with individuals with special educational needs, particularly those with PMLD and complex requirements.
- Maintain a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
