Support Worker - Children with Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kings Lynn. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, and supporting them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
