Job Summary

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for assessing patient health and well-being, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
  • You will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of our healthcare services.

Requirements

  • You will be a registered nurse with a strong background in surgical care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be a team player with a flexible approach to work, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
