About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our core CAMHS team in East Riding. The successful candidate will work with a range of presentations, including anxiety, low mood, self-harm, and trauma, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical psychology services to clients, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions and practice.
- Offer clinical supervision to doctoral trainees, assistant psychologists, and Band 7 psychologists, and develop skills in professional post-qualification teaching, training, and supervision.
- Contribute to the initiation and coordination of audit and research within the service area, utilizing research skills to support service development.
- Support the multidisciplinary team with complex case formulation and consultation, and contribute to the development of highly specialist psychological interventions.
- Work collaboratively with service users, staff, managers, and other agencies to deliver quality care and meet the needs of children and young people.
