About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our core CAMHS team in East Riding. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical psychology services to clients, including anxiety, low mood, self-harm, and trauma.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strong, effective professional direction and ensure the delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions and practice.
  • Provide clinical supervision for doctoral trainees, assistant psychologists, and Band 7 psychologists, and develop skills in professional post-qualification teaching, training, and supervision.
  • Continuously demonstrate advanced psychological skills in practice and provide support and advice on service development and implementation of highly specialist psychological interventions.
  • Support the multidisciplinary team with complex case formulation and consultation and service developments in line with Trauma Informed Care.
  • Contribute to the initiation and coordination of audit and research within the service area.
