Research Scientist

Bicycle Therapeutics is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing innovative medicines for underserved diseases. We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our dynamic Synthetic Chemistry team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute synthetic chemistry experiments to support drug discovery projects
- Develop novel methodologies to enhance the company platform
- Manage syntheses via external CRO partners and interpret data
- Collaborate with project teams and colleagues to meet experimental and organizational goals
- Liaise with CROs to develop detailed synthetic chemistry plans and track projects
- PhD in Organic Chemistry with industry experience in contemporary synthetic chemistry
- Hands-on experience with LC/MS, purification, and general lab equipment
- Experience in bioconjugation chemistries, including click chemistry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
