Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various cooking techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs, focusing on evening operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards during night shifts.
  • Assist senior chefs, such as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, in meal preparation and service during nighttime hours.
  • Support the receiving, checking, and storing of fresh food and supplies, ensuring proper storage for evening use.
  • Participate in different kitchen sections during night shifts to gain a well-rounded understanding of culinary operations.

Qualifications: Proven experience in culinary settings, demonstrating a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to the kitchen team. A foundational understanding of food preparation techniques and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards are essential.
