Business Change Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Partner to join our team at Crown Commercial Service. As a Business Change Partner, you will play a critical role in facilitating and managing the people side of change for strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for complex projects, aligning with organizational goals and values.
  • Work with project leaders to integrate change management into broader project plans.
  • Collaborate with projects to ensure effective stakeholder mapping and engagement at all levels.
  • Identify people-related risks and business impacts, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Deliver targeted workshops and training to build resilience and readiness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing multiple projects, navigating difficulties, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at building relationships and setting clear expectations.
  • Proven ability in enhancing change capability through upskilling, coaching, and promoting best practice.

Working at Crown Commercial Service:

We are a flexible business with a smarter working model, where our colleagues benefit from a mix of home and office working. Our current office attendance approach requires a minimum of 26 days per quarter (approx 2 days per week, which may be subject to change) in CCS office locations or off-site meetings with suppliers, customers, partners, networking/industry events. This is pro rata for those who work part-time. Our smarter working principles mean that our people have the advantage of both office and off-site-based collaboration and learning, as well as working from home. This way of working allows us to honor our commitment to being a responsible business, offer flexibility, and better work-life balance, as well as ensuring we deliver our business with confidence and in accordance with our CCS values.
