Programme Benefits Realisation Manager

About the Role

UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UKSBS) is seeking a Programme Benefits Realisation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Partnerships & Change team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of major programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide benefits management support to major programmes, with a dedicated focus on our Matrix and Transformation Programmes.
  • Ensure that the benefits realisation strategy aligns with our organisational vision and mission, and with our business change strategy.
  • Support business leaders in ensuring that benefits identified in these programmes are realised and maximised.
  • Work closely with programme/project managers, stakeholders, and other key personnel to identify, monitor, track, and report on the delivery of benefits, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in benefits realisation management, programme management, or a similar role within a transformation context.
  • Strong understanding of benefits management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and experience of influencing senior stakeholders with recommendations in line with strategic business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
