About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Supply Integrations Lead. This role will play a critical part in the delivery of our large-scale capital programmes, working closely with operational teams and alliances to ensure the efficient and effective integration of new assets into our existing asset base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of individual projects does not cause adverse customer, environmental or operational impacts through effective risk management and development of impact plans.
  • Manage stakeholders and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Be an expert on operational business activities and lead engagement with operational management teams.
  • Lead the integration of new assets into the existing Anglian Water asset base.
  • Identify and deliver key internal and external customer needs to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Be an engaged core member of the AW Alliance Delivery Teams, supporting teams through governance gateways as appropriate.
  • Actively participate in design reviews, ROVs, HAZOPS, project rehearsals, fit for assembly and safe to operate meetings to influence project delivery and ensure AW requirements are represented.
  • Deliver off-site/on-site safety, quality and environmental inspections.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in a construction/engineering/science subject.
  • Experience of potable water operational activities and systems.
  • Experience of working in a site construction environment.
  • Understanding of an alliance environment.
  • Experienced in a delivery environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
