Overview:
As an Adolescent Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring young individuals during their developmental stages. Your responsibilities will include fostering positive relationships among students, educators, and families, creating a nurturing environment for self-expression.
Your role will involve addressing a variety of challenges faced by students, such as academic difficulties, mental health issues, social pressures, and family dynamics.
Through personalized counseling, group discussions, and interactive workshops, you will empower students to cultivate essential life skills, resilience, and self-esteem, contributing to their overall growth and well-being within the educational community.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement tailored programs and interventions to support students' academic and personal success.
- Promote holistic development to prepare students for mainstream education or alternative pathways.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to address individual needs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a care, residential, or educational environment.
- A genuine passion for supporting children and adults with behavioral or special educational needs.

- A background in therapeutic care or practices is preferred.
- The ability to work independently and proactively in student care and learning.
