About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Children Services Practitioner to join our team at Croydon Council. As a key member of our Family Assessment Service, you will play a vital role in delivering positive safety and well-being outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, coordinate, implement, and review evidence-based plans to support children and their families.
- Provide direct help and support to children and their families, matching them with relevant services to meet their needs.
- Coordinate multi-professional and agency input to assessment, planning, and support.
- Support the development of creative and innovative assessments and planning to promote positive outcomes for children and families.
- Maintain accurate records that evidence our engagement with children and families, informing our quality assurance framework.
