Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Executive to join our team at Profiles Personnel. As an Events Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and banquets with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event inquiries and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth event experience
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our venue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event execution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and promote our venue
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution on the day of the event
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of events, including attendance, revenue, and client feedback

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in event management software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary
