We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Complaints Resolution Administrator to join our team at Southern Housing. As a key member of our Complaints Resolution Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive a high-quality complaints experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Complaints Resolution Manager and team
  • Log and triage new complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
