Job Overview

As a Business Analysis Consultant with InterQuest Group, you will be joining a dynamic team of professionals who specialize in implementing logistics management software projects. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and technical skills, with assistance provided via training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement logistics management software projects
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions
  3. Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to clients
  5. Contribute to the development of business process improvements

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years' experience in implementation projects or system support
  2. Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in a STEM or business subject
  3. Fluency (written and spoken) in English (mandatory) and German (preferred)
  4. Experience of working in a client-facing environment
  5. Strong communication skills to support frequent customer contact
  6. High level of self-organization, problem-solving ability, proactivity, and attention to detail
  7. Excellent analytical skills
  8. An aptitude for IT and interest in SW solutions
  9. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines
  10. Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team
  11. Exhibits strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  12. Ability to quickly understand new SW solutions
  13. Willingness to travel
  14. Ability to work independently on a client site

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in technical consulting, business process analysis, and/or testing
  2. Understanding of software development lifecycle
  3. AGILE Methodology and experience in the creation of epics, user stories, backlog management, etc. (desirable)
  4. Proficiency in Project Management Software Tools, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools
  5. Background in SW Development or Business/Solution Analysis (desirable)
  6. Experience working in a project team
