Logistics Management Software Consultant

Join the InterQuest Group as a key member of our Logistics professional services team, where you will collaborate with colleagues to execute logistics management software implementations. This position necessitates a candidate who can cultivate a deep understanding of business operations alongside technical expertise, with support provided through comprehensive training and mentorship.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in system implementation or support roles
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a STEM or business-related field
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken), with German as a valuable asset
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate regular interaction with clients
  • Strong self-management, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Outstanding analytical abilities
  • Interest in IT and software solutions
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously as part of a dynamic team
  • Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Quick to grasp new software solutions
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Capability to operate independently at client locations

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in technical consulting, business process evaluation, and/or software testing
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of AGILE methodologies, including the creation of epics, user stories, and backlog management
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM applications
  • Background in software development or business/solution analysis
  • Experience working within a project team environment
