Job Title: Unqualified Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the class teacher to provide support to children with their learning
  • Manage the behavior of pupils while they undertake their work, ensuring a constructive and positive environment is maintained
  • De-escalate situations within the classroom, adhering to safeguarding procedures
  • Carry out small group work and work with children with additional needs
  • Report any safeguarding concerns using the school's referral procedures and safeguarding policies
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children
  • A calm and reassuring nature, with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to children
