Position Overview:
The Pre-Sales Solution Engineer (SE) is a crucial link between IDVerse and prospective clients, significantly contributing to business expansion and customer satisfaction. As a seasoned technical professional, the SE will engage with potential clients to comprehend their needs and align our offerings to meet their specific requirements. This role is essential in guiding the implementation process, ensuring a smooth integration of IDVerse's solutions into client systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with the Account Executive to thoroughly understand the identity verification challenges faced by prospective clients.
- Act as the technical representative in client discussions, effectively conveying the advantages and functionalities of IDVerse solutions.
Solution Customization and Alignment:
- Match client needs with the technical specifications of IDVerse's offerings.
- Define and outline necessary configurations for successful deployment.
Implementation Support and Best Practices:
- Offer expert guidance on the deployment of IDVerse solutions within client infrastructures.
- Develop and disseminate best practices and methodologies for efficient solution integration.
Feature Development and Technical Insights:
- Identify and document new feature requests from clients.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide insights to enhance the Go To Market strategy for continuous product improvement.
Collaboration and Internal Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison among sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal client solutions.
- Engage in cross-functional teams to support product innovation and training for sales personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity, ideally within the identity verification sector.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in client engagement and technical advisory roles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
