Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

As part of our expanding Billing Team, we are seeking a knowledgeable Billing Analyst to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
  • Oversee system tasks to ensure essential billing functions are executed efficiently.
  • Assist in the maintenance and operation of Billing Systems.
  • Coordinate and execute specific billing tests with support from the broader team.
  • Manage a distinct customer billing portfolio and address specific account issues within established service level agreements.
  • Facilitate the comprehensive delivery of assigned Billing Portfolio, including Group Billing.
  • Onboard key customers and ensure billing setups align with contractual agreements.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve intricate billing inquiries, including Metering and Data Exceptions.
  • Engage with external agents to address complex industry and billing discrepancies.
  • Generate billing statistics for reporting to your Line Manager.
  • Coordinate billing tasks to meet weekly and monthly objectives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Build strong inter-departmental relationships.
  • Exhibit flexibility and teamwork as the role evolves.
  • Identify process enhancements and support the team in driving improvements.
  • Conduct UAT testing for system upgrades, bugs, and new software.
  • Experience with DC/DC/MOP & DNO is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with industry data flows and interactions is also beneficial.
