We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Hill View Care Home in Clydebank. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our Residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Respecting Residents' Dignity and Privacy
- Providing high-quality person-centred support to Residents, encouraging them to be as independent as possible.
- Working collaboratively with Residents and their families to deliver tailored care.
- Supporting with all aspects of personal care, including feeding, toileting, and bathing.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on each Resident's care plan.
