We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Payroll Manager at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations and supporting with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- **Submit Monthly Payroll**: Review and submit monthly payroll, including overtime and additions, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- **Bank Account Reconciliations**: Be responsible for reconciling multiple bank accounts, including foreign currencies and petty cash, to ensure financial accuracy.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow on a daily basis and analyze variances against forecast to ensure timely financial decisions.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist with month-end close and year-end audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- **Credit Card Transactions**: Process monthly credit card transactions, quarterly VAT returns, and collate PSA data to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements
- **Experience**: You have strong experience in payroll operations and financial reporting.
- **Qualifications**: You hold a relevant finance or payroll qualification.
