Premier Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Care Manager to join our prestigious client in Margate.

This is a full-time and permanent position with a well-established care company specializing in mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. The role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operational management of the care home, ensuring effective resource allocation and provision of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with the Service Development Team to select and assess potential new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the home.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic support plans for service users, incorporating their needs, aspirations, and preferences.
  • Ensure the care home operates in accordance with statutory requirements, using the National Minimum Standards as a benchmark for excellence.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes the personal development of service users, addressing their practical, physical, and emotional needs.
  • Take a lead role in risk analysis, ensuring appropriate assessments and plans are in place to minimize risk.
  • Contribute to the health and well-being of residents, working closely with Senior Managers on contract monitoring and reporting.
  • Liaise with external agencies, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Support the recruitment and selection of staff, collaborating with the Personnel Department to develop staffing strategies and policies.
