We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at DCHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with all aspects of their daily living needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist in the delivery of support to individuals who may present with challenging behavior, using de-escalation techniques and positive communication.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe environment for individuals, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide person-centered care, enabling individuals to make choices and live as independently as possible.
  • Work on a shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays, with flexible working arrangements considered.
