About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in coordinating functional capability development and managing site-based learning and training to meet business needs and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess site learning needs and create learning and development plans for Technical, Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety, Legal, and other business areas.
- Support team leaders with operational performance training plans and activities.
- Oversee legal and regulatory training, escalate risks, and manage project training.
- Measure and report training key performance indicators, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate learning management system records.
- Attend management reviews to monitor compliance and requirements.
- Update skills matrices and training records, address non-compliance, and support corrective actions.
- Manage budgets and procurement of training suppliers, collaborate on best practices, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Partner with Human Resources and site leaders on leadership and talent initiatives.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a positive, self-driven individual with excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in training or learning and development, delivery, facilitation, or organization is required. Operational experience within a supply chain environment is desired. We are looking for someone who is computer literate, ideally with strong use of Excel and Outlook.
