Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Financial Strategist to join our dynamic Management Accounts Team. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights and support to our Divisional Finance teams and Department Heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a dedicated finance team, ensuring effective collaboration with Group and Divisional Finance Teams.
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner, developing a comprehensive understanding of the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in accounting processes and controls.
  • Assist senior management in significant projects and process enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Must be a qualified accountant (ICAEW/ICAS/CIMA/ACCA).
  • Proven experience in team management, including performance evaluation and talent development.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
