This role is crucial in ensuring all commercial and financial aspects of projects are controlled and reported, from concept to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage major construction projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with CDM regulations 2015. Oversee and report on all commercial and financial aspects, including internal and external supply chain activities. Maintain a safety-focused environment, managing high-risk aspects of the projects. Liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery. Lead and inspire a team to achieve project goals, promoting a culture of safety and excellence. Essential Skills and Experience: Extensive experience managing major projects with significant complexity and multi-million-pound budgets. Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong background in construction project management and a keen eye for detail in health and safety practices. Preferred Qualifications: Qualification in Project Management and/or Engineering/Construction. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or SMST are advantageous
