Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and motivate the distribution team to achieve high efficiency and meet deadlines
  • Manage the distribution team to ensure orders are delivered to a high standard, safely and on time
  • Update and manage aspects of the Production Report
  • Manage in-house corporate personalizing and engraving schedule
  • Ensure all workshop shipments are passed on to the workshop team for QC and labeling before storage
  • Record all stock movements, track and control samples, including high-value and bespoke items
  • Perform quarterly stock takes, investigate any discrepancies, and report results
Requirements:
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated individual with excellent attention to detail
  • Desire to deliver a world-class service with a flexible and forward-thinking approach
  • Strong leadership and team player with extensive man-management skills
