ROLE OVERVIEW:

Staffing Match is collaborating with a prominent laundry service provider to build a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence.

As a Laundry Operative, you will be part of a large team responsible for delivering top-notch hospitality services.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform a variety of physical tasks, including sorting and loading items into industrial washing machines.
  • Ensure a steady flow of linens and towels by regularly loading articles into drying machines or washers.
  • Sort items prior to cleaning, categorizing them by fabric type, color, cleaning method, or level of soiling for optimal results.
  • Count and sort articles as they exit the dryers; hang, fold, or package items according to specific requirements.
  • Utilize hand or machine markers to label dry cleaning or laundry items with identifying names or codes.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will possess a flexible and enthusiastic work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

Previous experience in laundry operations is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to handle all responsibilities safely and effectively.
