We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Professional to join our team at North America Construction (NAC). As a Junior HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Health and Safety Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to project personnel on health and safety matters.
- Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document Management: Assist in the maintenance of health and safety documents and ensure timely and accurate record keeping.
- Training and Development: Coordinate health and safety orientation and training delivery to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Incident Management: Participate in incident management activities, including investigations and reporting.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a culture of health and safety awareness and promote open communication among employees and stakeholders.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior work experience in construction is an asset.
- Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of provincial health and safety legislation and standards, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Certifications: Valid WHMIS, First Aid, Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers and/or Supervisors certificates are required.

Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year.
Monday to Friday schedule with the ability to commute or relocate to Windsor, ON N8S 1C9.
