- Must have recent experience in acute setting and inpatient neuro rehabilitation experience.
- Must work every other weekend.
- Prefer 2 years of recent experience and Epic experience.
- Will consider candidates that have 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Monitor Patient Conditions:
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide patient education on rehabilitation exercises and self-care.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care and progress accurately.
- Support patients emotionally and motivate them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
