Residential Care Home Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead a fantastic residential home for older people in the Newcastle area.
The home provides person-centered care to residents with dementia, and we are looking for a qualified Registered Manager who has prior experience in CQC-registered homes or a Deputy Manager ready for the step up.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000.
Key Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a team
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Passion for delivering high-quality person-centered care and achieving outstanding results
