Job Opportunity: Lecturer in Dietetics and Nutrition

Oxford Brookes University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer in Dietetics and Nutrition to join our Centre for Nutrition and Health. As a leading institution in the field of nutrition and dietetics, we offer a unique opportunity for a dietitian to combine their clinical expertise with academic teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality education in dietetics and nutrition to undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Supervise student research projects and contribute to the development of new courses and programs
  • Design, deliver, and lead practice education in dietetics and nutrition
  • Contribute to the development of research and commercial activities in the Centre for Nutrition and Health
Requirements:
  • Higher degree in dietetics and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Experience in practice education and placements
  • Experience in teaching at degree level
  • Evidence of research and/or audit activity
  • Suitable HE teaching qualification (or willingness to complete in post)
