Job Title: Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager

Citiguard Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the aerospace and defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defence sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
  • Research and analyse industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and develop the sales proposition for our services
  • Provide advice to colleagues on client strategy and new sales opportunities
  • Give presentations to clients about our products and services
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Ensure that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both Citiguard Security and our clients
Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organisation
  • Self-motivation and a level of creativity when thinking of new sales opportunities
  • Resilience and ability to research and keep on top of developments in the industry
  • Commercial awareness and previous sales experience in the security industry
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
  • On-site parking
  • Full-time position with a 3-month contract with the possibility to become permanent
