Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Ledger Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and Update the General Ledger: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records by maintaining and updating the general ledger.
- Process Invoices, Receipts, and Payments: Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile Bank Statements and Financial Discrepancies: Reconcile bank statements and identify and resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the Preparation of Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure Compliance with Financial Regulations and Standards: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including accounting principles and practices.
- Support the Finance Team: Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Ledger Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
