About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join our team as a home working employment solicitor. As a senior associate or legal director, you will work on a mix of advisory and contentious work for respondent clients, managing key relationships and supervising junior fee earners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert employment law advice to clients
  • Manage and develop key client relationships
  • Supervise and mentor junior fee earners
  • Contribute to the development of the employment law team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in employment law
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
