About Our Nursery
Busy Bees St Neots Day Nursery and preschool are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Good. Our warm, nurturing, and long-standing team look forward to welcoming a new Level 3 Practitioner, joining them in giving our children the best start in life.
Our beautiful nursery offers spacious rooms, spread across 2 floors, and expansive gardens, as well as free uniform, training, progression opportunities, and colleague appreciation initiatives. We offer free onsite parking, and if you don't drive, there is a bus stop just under a 5-minute walk away.
Our curiosity-led approach enables us to ignite young minds while having an impact on the environment. We are plastic-free and encourage natural curiosity and imagination.
We offer flexible working arrangements to suit you, either full-time or part-time, or even a 4-day working week.
About Our Benefits
As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary from £24,000 to £24,000 per annum (£11.66 to £12 per hour), plus you will also be entitled to:

What to Expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator
- As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
- And most of all, have FUN
