About the Role:

LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a large company operating in the education sector, providing accessible education and qualifications from institutions across Europe, Asia, and North America, as well as online learning options. Their in-house legal services team is expanding, and they are seeking a senior commercial legal counsel to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, terms and conditions, licenses, and platform agreements.
  • Have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a broad range of commercial contracts experience.
  • Able to commute to the office in Central London on a hybrid basis.
