Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

QuickSTAT is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager in Colnbrook to promote customer service excellence throughout the organisation.

Your Role:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and monitoring Key Account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
  • Providing shipment specific updates where required and escalating all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team.
  • Completing and sending client reports/KPIs/QBR and investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
  • Understanding client tariffs and handling quotations/pricing requests/shipping queries.
  • Monitoring live bookings and customs invoice/shipping approvals.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
  • Monitoring client profit and loss accounts to maintain agreed levels of profitability.
Your Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in logistics preferably in a customer-focused role.
  • Experience in Air and Road logistics is highly advantageous, and experience in Pharma is preferable.
  • Good computer skills, Word/Excel/PowerPoint essential.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure and excellent time management skills.
  • Great communication skills with strong self-motivation ability.
  • Analytical thinking with good numeric/financial ability.
