Customer Service Excellence Manager

QuickSTAT is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager in Colnbrook to promote customer service excellence throughout the organisation.
Your Role:As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring Key Account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
- Providing shipment specific updates where required and escalating all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team.
- Completing and sending client reports/KPIs/QBR and investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
- Understanding client tariffs and handling quotations/pricing requests/shipping queries.
- Monitoring live bookings and customs invoice/shipping approvals.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
- Monitoring client profit and loss accounts to maintain agreed levels of profitability.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in logistics preferably in a customer-focused role.
- Experience in Air and Road logistics is highly advantageous, and experience in Pharma is preferable.
- Good computer skills, Word/Excel/PowerPoint essential.
- Ability to work successfully under pressure and excellent time management skills.
- Great communication skills with strong self-motivation ability.
- Analytical thinking with good numeric/financial ability.
