We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Omega Resource Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that customers have the best possible experience.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service.
- Act as the escalation point for customers' issues and queries.
- Provide support and guidance to the customer service team.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
- Authorise quotes and monitor margins.
- Attend and contribute to production meetings.
Requirements:
- A background in a similar role in an engineering or manufacturing or equivalent environment.
- Electronics industry experience would be highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Full driving licence.
