Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a high level of service is delivered to all clients and tenants, including welcoming and signing in visitors, and providing directions and assistance as needed.
- Answer and respond to all calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Deal with queries and issues from occupiers and guests, and provide assistance in resolving problems.
- Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms, and ensure the front of house area is immaculately presented.
- Report any relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and tenants.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
