Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Total Facilities Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high level of service is delivered to all clients and tenants, including welcoming and signing in visitors, and providing directions and assistance as needed.
  • Answer and respond to all calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deal with queries and issues from occupiers and guests, and provide assistance in resolving problems.
  • Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms, and ensure the front of house area is immaculately presented.
  • Report any relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
