E-Learning Developer

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality e-learning solutions that meet the needs of our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning content using various software packages and tools.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality learning modules that meet NHS HEE standards.
- Configure e-learning modules to run on our preferred Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support learners across the Trust who need assistance with e-learning content.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in e-learning and incorporate best practices into development.
- Proven experience in e-learning development and design.
- Strong knowledge of LMS systems and software packages used for e-learning development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with some days in the office and some working from home.
