Key Responsibilities:- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality English and Maths lessons to students, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Student Assessment and Progression: Assess students' learning needs and develop individualized learning plans to support their academic progress.
- Feedback and Support: Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and monitor their progress regularly.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students, ensuring effective classroom management and minimizing disruptions.
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of UK teaching experience in English and Maths.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for English and Maths, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and relevant teaching experience.
