Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we are committed to creating a safer, more sustainable, and connected world. As a Quality and Reliability Apprentice, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the W&C Quality & Reliability Engineer in customer quality complaint handling, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative measures.
  • Negotiate with customers to resolve quality issues and provide documentation for sign-off.
  • Support Value Stream Change Management activities and ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality processes in the Quality System, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing internal processes.
  • Support external 3rd party Certification Body audits and internal audit program, ensuring effective close-out of Non-Conformances and Opportunities for Improvement.
  • Communicate and support Incoming Quality / Supplier Development personnel to coordinate inspection and action of non-conforming supplied products.
Requirements
  • Ideal qualifications in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
  • Technical background with a practical hands-on approach, able to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Problem-solving ability and strong team spirit, with excellent communication skills.
  • Organized with high motivation and self-initiative, managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
