Contracts Manager/Operations Manager

South Midlands

Up to £90,000

We are currently working with a privately owned top civil engineering contractor, based in Worcestershire that turnover circa £60m. The company specializes in delivering civil engineering projects and frameworks including infrastructure, highways, public realm etc for a range of private clients and local authorities. They have now branched out into the water infrastructure sector, both on clean and dirty water schemes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong water infrastructure background, with experience in managing contracts and operations. The role will involve working on schemes within the South Midlands region, with the remit of aiding the growth of the region as well as working on live projects, undertaking works that range in value from £5m – £20m.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that is expanding into new geographies and successfully tendering for new projects and frameworks. The role offers excellent progression opportunities to contracts manager as well as the opportunity to make your mark with a fantastic business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contracts and operations for the company
  2. Work on schemes within the South Midlands region
  3. Undertake works that range in value from £5m – £20m
  4. Aid the growth of the region
